Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Products
• Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the order has been completed.
• However, if you experience any download issues or technical problems, please contact our support team. After verification, we will provide a re-download link, corrected data, or other reasonable solutions.

2. Tour Services
• Cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the trip:
 90% of the amount will be refunded (10% will be retained as a commission).
• Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the start of the trip:
 50% of the guide fee will be refunded.
• Cancellation 14 days or less before the start of the trip:
 No refund will be made.
• In case of force majeure:
 For situations such as natural disasters or significant transportation delays, the situation will be evaluated individually.

We can be flexible with date changes depending on guide availability.
